Yesterday I was listening to this interesting podcast, Topic was whether Work from home can be the new normal. As a lot of big companies are planning to go completely remote soon few still prefer offices. Commutes more than 45-60 min sucks but shorter commutes help to keep that work-life balance in place, that was their argument.

What's your take on this? If Given the chance what will your choose. Shorter Commutes to Office or Work from Home or Combination of both, and why?
